A heart mark on the face side is tolerated, Sapwood on face can occur up to a maximum of 10% of the board. Healthy knots up to 60mm are allowed and filled knots up to 30mm are allowed. All open defects in the board are filled. No rouge. - An end check till the width of the board is allowed (must be closed)

Electric underfloor heating will provide heat from below your engineered wood floors to the entire flooring area.
