Junckers Maple Variation Hardwood Flooring

Maple (Acer Pseudoplatanus L.) grows naturally in Central Europe. The wood has a very uniform and gentle grain pattern and the natural light colour gives a very exclusive floor.

Junckers solid hardwood flooring is produced and categorized according to Junckers factory standards and in accordance with prEN 13629. Junckers floors are made exclusively from solid hardwood, with all the characteristics typical of this natural material. Each style will display a unique range of grain and colour characteristics. It is normal to see a variance in appearance between individual boards and packs. Floors laid at differing times may vary slightly because of this average grading. In general, standing or lying annual rings, hairline splits and sapwood are allowed; Up to 5% of the boards may contain features of the next style option.

The Shipsdecking look enhances each individual board and gives the floor a harmonious and robust expression. Between each board there is a black, flexible neoprene strip which in combination with the solid boards gives any modern home a maritime and elegant atmosphere. If you select Junckers Shipsdecking, the neoprene strip absorbs the movement in the floor so that it looks the same all year round. Your thoughts naturally turn to hot days at seaside. Almost as if you were there yourself all year round.
