This particular real wood floor is capable of being sanded more times due to the thicker top layer than most engineered boards and has a lifetime as long as the solid oak floorboards.

This structural board can be installed in a variety of ways - glue down, floating floor or nail down - it can even be laid directly onto joists.

This wood flooring is available either unfinished or with a lacquered or oiled finish. A/B grade boards have less knots than B/C grade boards which have a more rustic appearance.
