Based on a polyacrylate compound the material can be sanded and overcoated with floor finishes. It contains no solvents, is odourless, can be used on all parquet finishes and retains a high degree of flexibility. Information For use in wide gaps in wooden floors, can tackle any gap too large to be filled by any other joint filling system Expansion: approximately 7%. High degree of flexibility Can be sanded and overcoated Solvent free Silicone free Application: Cut the cartridge above the thread and screw on the nozzle. Cut the nozzle at an angle to suit the nature of the gap to be filled. if reqiured, once applied the bead of product can be smoothed with a wetted finger or flat edge. Product should be applied between temperature range 5-40 degrees celcius Coverage: dependant on the width and depth of gap. Drying time: After approximately 24 hours Gap Master may be sanded and lacquered. Information To prevent moisture ingress Produce a more uniform, professional appearance Application: Apply using fingers or small plastic trowel. Large gaps or dents may require further applications. Remove any excess using a damp cloth. When dry apply either Bona Parkett Polish or Bona Freshen up to protect from dirt. Do not apply a lacquer. Information To create a smooth floor with no joints or imperfections To reduce colour variation across the floor Quick drying Can be easily sanded and lacquered Can reduce the potential for cumulative shrinkage Application: Apply to the whole floor after 100 grit sanding using a stressed steel trowel. Apply topically using a spatula or knife Coverage: 1 Litre/10M squared depending on width and depth of joints and quantity Drying time: 10-20 mins at 20 degrees celcius with 55%RH in 1mm joints. May be extended where deeper wide joints are filled.
