Industrial parquet floors are created by using woodcuts of Wenge which are turned onto their side and then glued together. It is suitable for many flooring purposes due to its long lifespan, strength, resilience to environmental effects and decorative appearance.
The industrial parquet measures 14mm x 14mm x 180mm and usually they come taped together in small squares to make fitting easier. Industrial parquet is suitable for glue down installations and will require sanding and sealing with an oil or lacquer.
Wenge wood is very hard timber. It is extremely stable and its fantastic dark even colour makes it ideal for situations where a really dark floor is required.
